Mission Statement

The Indiana Shockwaves take great pride in our long-standing tradition of developing players who strive to compete at the highest level of softball. While we do not solely focus on winning, we emphasize teaching fundamental skills and helping players reach their full potential. Our players learn to excel by maintaining an open mind and embracing new challenges on and off the field.

We believe that winning is the natural result of setting clear, achievable goals. Our goals are simple: to enjoy the game, work hard, and continuously improve as both individuals and as a team. By staying committed to these principles, victories will come.

Our organization is dedicated to providing a stable and supportive environment where your daughter can grow not only as a softball player and athlete but also as a young woman. We are here to help her develop the skills, confidence, and values that will carry her through both her athletic journey and life beyond the game.
